Morgan Avenia Taking work

About

I'm the person you call when the numbers stopped making sense.

Twelve years in paid media. Six of them running cannabis and hemp accounts, which is where I learned that most measurement problems are structural, not analytical.

How I work

I start with reconciliation. Before touching a bid or a piece of copy, I want to know whether the conversion number in the platform corresponds to anything that happened in the business. In regulated categories it usually doesn't, because the transaction lives inside somebody else's iframe or behind an age gate or on a domain the tag never sees.

Once that's honest, the media work is straightforward. Structure, geography, creative, budget. The hard part was never the bidding.

I write my own tooling because waiting on a dev queue to answer a question about tag firing is a bad use of a client's month. Most of what's on the tools page started as a script to save myself a week.
